Il presente progetto di ricerca denominato COAST (COntrollo Avanzato per Sistemi di aTtuazione) è finalizzato allo studio, progettazione, sviluppo, realizzazione e sperimentazione di una control box elettronica ottimizzata per sistemi di attuazione, con particolare applicazione ad un sistema frenante integrato completo.

Il progetto COAST mira ad individuare delle soluzioni tecnologiche innovative a minor impatto ambientale per la progettazione e la realizzazione di control box per sistemi di attuazione individuando e utilizzando strumenti di progettazione avanzati, processi ottimizzati ed automatizzati per le attività di verifica e test, sostanze alternative meno inquinanti per la realizzazione delle schede elettroniche.

Short description:

The research project named COAST (advanced control for actuation systems) is focused on the study, design, development, realisation and testing of an optimised electronic control box for actuation systems, with focus on an integrated brake system.

COAST is an innovative project aiming at identifying technological solutions for the design and production of control boxes with low environmental impact, through the use of advanced design tools, optimised and automated processes for verification and testing activities, development of electronic boards using eco-friendly materials.
