Italy-Japan Defense Industry Forum
On January 31, 2019, the Italy-Japan Defense Industry Forum was held at the Italian “Segretariato Generale della Difesa” in Rome. The purpose of the Forum was to promote industrial collaborations between the two countries.
The agenda of the day included a session of institutional conferences, which was followed by B2B meetings with the participation of several companies. Attending the B2B session, OMA had the opportunity to meet important Japanese companies acting in the A&D sector, such as Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, ShinMaywa Industries, and Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd. OMA’s skills have aroused a great interest in our interlocutors. In a global aeronautical market, geographical distances are a negligible aspect compared to the content of knowledge and competitiveness that a company like OMA can offer.
