Our initiative is driven by four key commitments:
CLIMATE ACTION
Climate Action
We’re committed to reduce emissions, actively working to adopt plastic-free policies and
supporting REACH-compliant processes, seeking safer alternatives with our partners and
enhancing our practices. Our R&D focuses on lighter, efficient hydraulic components
following the SWAP-C concept.
Environmental Certifications
In September 2021 OMA has adopted a certified Environmental System according to the
standard ISO 14001:2015.
SOCIAL COMMITMENT
Quality education
We promote continuous learning collaborating with local educational institutions. We
have launched OMALab, a training path in cooperation with the Dipartimento di Economia –
Università Degli Studi di Perugia
Decent work and economic growth
We aim to contribute to the growth of our Supply Chain and ensuring dignified working
conditions for our employees.
Health, Safety & People
We have adopted a certified system to manage worker’s health and safety according to the
BS OHSAS 18001 standard and we have completed the switchover to the new standard ISO
45001:2018.
Our people policy project aim to foster well-being, balance, and professional growth. A copy of the Health and Safety Policy document along with Safety information for entering our company are linked.

Building Ecosystems
We partner with universities, SMEs, and leading companies and we are part of the Umbria
Aerospace Cluster with a pool of local companies of the aerospace industry.
Responsible Operations & Whistleblowing
Whistleblowing under Italian Law 231 (Legge 231/2001) is central to our governance,
ensuring ethical practices. We offer a confidential channel for employees and
stakeholders to report potential violations or illegal activities.
