OMA is used to engineer, manufacture and assemble Passenger and Service Doors for use on Regional and Business Jet aircraft, offering its expertise in aluminium, titanium and steel manufacturing and a vertical integration with single-source capabilities that include the execution in-house of all the certified special processes.

The Door assemblies are usually equipped with all the opening/closing and latching/locking mechanisms in compliance with a Built to Print approach.

All the projects are supported with the ability to design the assembly jigs and the special tools necessary to achieve an improved industrialization and put in place an effective assembly strategy of the products.

Moreover, OMA offers to its customers a full service support, including 2D drawings to 3D models digital transformation in compliance with the most advanced MBD workflow processes which use the model as the sole authoritative source of design information.
