OMA is able to engineer, manufacture and assemble Main Deck Cargo Doors for use on Passenger to Freighter converted aircraft and Large Cargo Doors for use on Cargo-converted or Cargo-native Regional aircraft.

In support of Customer needs, OMA provides complete “plug & play” solutions that include the integration of the Door assemblies with all the opening/closing and latching/locking mechanisms and offering its unique engineering expertise for the design and integration of the door actuation systems including pipes, harnesses and the full installation kit.

All the projects are supported with the ability to design the assembly jigs and the special tools supporting the most effective assembly strategy of the products.

Moreover, OMA offers its customers full support, including the digital transformation of 2D drawings into 3D models, in compliance with the most advanced MBD workflow processes which use the model as the sole authoritative source of design information.
