The Hydraulic Swivel Manifold design solutions guarantee a low torque level throughout the extreme environmental conditions the equipment is requested to operate in.

The swiveling part is often made of aluminium alloy and it is provided with hydraulic fittings. The fixed part is generally made of stainless steel and it is provided with two hydraulic fittings too. To reduce friction effects due to external loads and high operation speed, the Hydraulic Swivel Manifolds are often provided with ball bearings on the external sides of body/housing coupling. They assure the required performances through the service life.

The sealing of each circuit is assured by dynamic seals selected for their rotary capability and tight leakage features.

In order to comply with the sand and dust requirements and to avoid damages by ice formation and icing rain, energised scraper rings are often included between swiveling body and housing.
